Regular Zazen times

Evening Zazen

 
  Do 7 -9 pm: 3 x 35 min. Zazen, alternating with mit Kinhin (walkingmeditation),
tea, diskussion, questions & answers.
place: Amalienstraße 71, middle building, meditation room of the DBU, . (subway U3/U6, stop "Universität"). As usual you can ask your practise-. oriented questions from 18:30pm. You can also call Sozui: 01577-1949127 or mail to: onedropsangha@web.de or Sozui@web.de
Please be on the cussion at least 10min. before 7 pm! If you can't be on time, please enter quietly at exactly 7:25pm.

Full Day of Practise

 
  Sa 8 am-6 pm (once a month, see events)
It is possible for beginners to participate in the Zazen-Days. Doing Zazen on a chair is one possible option. The . schedule and teaching will be adjusted to the actual needs of those participating. This is a precious opportunity to deepen and refine our practise and to prepare for longer Sesshins.

  8:00 welcome and sutra-recitation
  8:15 Zazen ( 3x25min) alternating with Kinhin (walking meditation), toilet-break
  9:45 Zazeninstructions / lecture, questions & answers
  10:30 Zazen ( 2x25min ) alternating with Kinhin (walking meditation)
  11:30 Samu (Zazen in action): lunch-preparations and cleaning
  12:15 Zazen, lunch, cleanup, break
  14:00 Zazen ( 3x25min ) alternating with Kinhin (walking meditation)
  15:30 Chi-Gong, short tea-break
  16:15 Zazen ( 2x25min ) alternating with Kinhin (walking meditation)
  17:15 closing, questions & answers
    sutras, cleanup , end about 6pm

Registration: Please register latest on the Thursday preceding the Full Day of Practise. costs: donation, depending on the number of participants (about 10-15 Euro for renting the room, and donations for Sozui Zenni, if you wish)
Please bring: loose clothing in dark colours and sweets for the tee break if you like (mats, cushions and chairs are available)
